“SC 250th Speaker Andrew Waters”

The Horry County Museum presents a program by Andrew Waters in collaboration with Coastal Carolina University and the South Carolina 250th Commission on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026 at 1 PM. Andrew Waters is a writer and conservationist in Pittsboro, North Carolina. He is the author of three books on revolutionary figures in South Carolina, most recently Backcountry War: The Rise of Francis Marion, Banastre Tarleton, and Thomas Sumter. The program is free to the public and will be held in the Museum’s McCown Auditorium located at 805 Main Street, Conway, SC 29526.
