58th Annual SALUTE TO EDUCATION

The Conway Chamber of Commerce's Educational Programs Committee is proud to announce the 58th Annual Salute to Education presented by Horry-Georgetown Technical College. This program honors outstanding graduating seniors and their inspirational teachers in the Conway area. One student will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
This year's event is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 12 p.m.
To be eligible for consideration, students must meet the following criteria:
• Attend a Conway area-based school or reside in Conway, SC
• Maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or higher
Eligible students are required to complete an online application in which students must submit two essays, a photograph, an unofficial high school transcript, and a letter of recommendation from a school guidance counselor or principal. All applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026.
